Adrijan Vuksanović, president of the Croatian Civic Initiative (HGI), thanked the citizens of Kotor for recognizing their politics and trusting them, and pointed out that they continued to achieve success in the local elections in that city.
"After two years ago we increased the number of mandates in the Assembly of the Municipality of Tivat, and a year ago we won the most votes, since our establishment, in the parliamentary elections and returned to the Assembly of Montenegro, now we have done the same in Kotor. We have continued to achieve success , and they are the result of a persistent and unwavering policy that preserves the Croatian national identity and strengthens the state subjectivity of Montenegro. We stand on these principles and they will never be the subject of negotiations and calculations, regardless of what and how much is offered to us is satisfaction," said Vuksanović.
He added that they proved that strength is not in numbers but in the values to which they are loyal and for which they are ready to make sacrifices.
"For our city, because of its past, and even more so for its future, it is important that the Croatian voice is heard again in the local parliament, because we have shown that it is a safe voice for Kotor and for Montenegro. Thank you, dear women of Kotor and dear People of Kotor, that you are part of us, that together we are the bulwark of Mediterranean Montenegro," concluded Vuksanović.
