The President of the Election Commission of the Capital City, Vladimir Filipović, submitted a criminal complaint to the Podgorica Security Department against the president of the polling committee at polling station 27 in Doljani, Petar Globarević.
He confirmed this to "Vijesti".
FIlipović said that Globarević did not submit an extract from the voter's list during the debt settlement.
The head of the Podgorica election commission told "Vijesta" that the law does not clearly specify whether the elections at that polling station are repeated in this case, as well as that so far there have been no objections to the regularity of the elections. As he added, the deadline for submission of objections is 72 hours from the announcement of the preliminary results and expires on Thursday at one o'clock after midnight.
At polling station 27 in Doljani, the Party of European Progress won 11 votes, the Forward Movement 15, the European Union 12, the Democratic Party of Socialists 77, Turn eight, the coalition of the Movement Europe Now and the Democrats 152, the European Party of Montenegro four, the coalition "For the Future of Montenegro" 190, the alliance of the Movement for Podgorica and the Civic Movement URA 42, the Tenants' Movement three, and the Podgorica List and the Bosniak Party one vote each.
Mandates were won by seven parties in the early elections in the capital the day before yesterday.
According to the provisional results established by the Election Commission, the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) won 19 seats in the city assembly (24.310 votes), the Europe Now Movement (PES) and the Democrats 14 (17.672 votes), a coalition gathered around the parties of the former Democratic Front (DF ) 13 (16.362), the list "Za bolja Podgorica" six (8.537), the European Union three (4.411 votes), and Preokret and the Party of European Progress (SEP) two each (2.704 and 2.504 votes).
Six lists remained below the census - the "Forward" movement (2.233 votes), the Podgorica List (515 votes), the Montenegrin European Party (573), the Subtenant Movement (226), the Montenegrin Civic Action (174) and the Bosniak Party (BS) (955 ).
