The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica filed a case against the president of the polling committee at polling station 27 in Doljani, Petar Globarević, Vijesti has learned unofficially.
The report against him was filed yesterday by the President of the Election Commission of the Capital City, Vladimir Filipović.
Filipović confirmed this to "Vijesta" yesterday, adding that Globarević did not submit an extract from the voter's list during the debt settlement.
