The Minister of Internal Affairs of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, said today that Montenegrin criminal groups use Belgrade as a place to settle and added that "every village in Montenegro has its own organized criminal group".
Dacic, in a guest appearance on Pink TV, said that Serbia has cut off the legs of the criminal octopus of groups from Montenegro and that there have been no mafia murders in recent years.
"I don't know the geography of Montenegro very well, since I'm not from that country, but every village there has its own organized criminal group, and I've never heard of those villages in my life," said Dacic.
He added that as long as Radoje Zvicer, who is suspected of being the leader of the Kavac criminal clan, is at large, there is a danger that he will "draw a target on the head" of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.
