The Putinization of society and the attempt to intimidate anyone who thinks differently with state force continues and has become, now openly, the official goal of the ruling majority in Montenegro, which intends to implement radical totalitarian policies modeled on Putin's Russia, where for every opposition vote, at least in the gulag, Ammar Borančić, vice-president of the Liberal Party and representative of the European Union, announced today.
He said this due to the fact that the Coalition for the Future of Montenegro (ZBCG) announced earlier today that it is necessary to urgently propose a law on agents of foreign influence in Montenegro.
"Like in that folk song when a thief shouts 'hold the thief'" sounds Mandić's coalition in the episode "foreign mercenaries" and their attempt to impose a law that would declare the civil sector, non-governmental organizations, to be foreign agents. In this way, the government has officially renounced its pro-European course and no longer hides that their goal is to block Montenegro on the way to further European integration and a normal, dignified life for all its citizens, and create conditions for a mini-Belarus on the Adriatic," he pointed out. Borančić in a statement published on the website of the Liberal Party.
He added that Georgia recently adopted a similar law on foreign agents, and that the EU immediately stopped the process of Georgia's accession negotiations and froze millions of euros of funds to this country.
"Is there anyone in Montenegro today who is not clear that this is actually the goal of the Mandić-Spajić axis?" concluded Borančić.
