Official trips of managers and presidents of working bodies in the first six months of the current year cost the Parliament of Montenegro 58.000 euros.
Data provided to "Vijesta" based on the Law on Free Access to Information, show that the most money was allocated for the trips of the former president of the Legislative Committee Maja Vukićević (DNP) and the president of the Committee for International Relations and Emigrants Duško Stjepović (Democrat).
Twelve official trips of the former president of the Legislative Committee cost 13.119 euros, and Stjepović's six - 8.780 euros. Vukićević received per diems in the amount of 2.756 euros for travel, and Stjepović 1.730 euros.
Vukićević made an official trip as vice-president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), head of the Montenegrin delegation to the PACE and president of the Legislative Committee.
Vukićević has been the Minister of Transport since July of this year, after the reconstruction of the Government.
Paris, Washington, Athens, Rome...
The former president of the Legislative Committee made three official trips to Strasbourg, where she attended the spring, summer and winter sessions of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PSSE), in the capacity of head of the parliamentary delegation to the PSSE.
Vukićević, as the head of the parliamentary delegation in the PSSE, made two official trips to Paris for the regular and extraordinary session of the Committee for Political Affairs and Democracy of the PSSE.
She traveled to Washington for the Prayer Breakfast, which cost 3.431 euros including per diems, plane ticket, hotel accommodation and registration fee, and to Athens for the Women Political Leaders Summit. In Montenegro, she stayed in Tivat, Kotor and Kolašin, where she attended seminars organized by the International Republican Institute for members of the Women's Club and in Herceg Novi, where a workshop was held organized by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy for members of the Women's Club.
Stjepović made an official trip to Trieste, where he participated in the first meeting of the convention for strengthening the Central European Initiative. He traveled to Brussels, Tallinn and Sofia three times as the head of the parliamentary delegation to the PS NATO. In Brussels and Tallinn, he participated in the joint meeting of the committees of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, and in Sofia in the spring session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
He also made an official trip to Rome, where he participated in a conference to strengthen the Central European Initiative, and Bruges, where he participated in the work of the Interparliamentary Conference for Common Foreign and Security Policy and Common Security and Defense Policy.
More than 8.400 euros have been set aside for Laković
After Vukićević and Stjepović, the most was spent on the three trips of the President of the Committee for Security and Defense Miodrag Laković (PES), whose official trips in the first six months of this year cost 6.933 euros. As a member of the parliamentary delegation to the NATO Security Council, Laković participated in the joint meeting of the committees of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Brussels and participated in the spring session of the NATO Security Council in Sofia. He also participated in the Prayer Breakfast in Washington, for which EUR 3.271 was set aside for per diems, plane ticket, hotel accommodation and registration fee. Based on per diems, he was paid EUR 1.474.
The five trips of former president of the Constitutional Committee Simonida Kordić (NSD) cost the Assembly 5.775 euros. As a member of the Committee for European Integration, Kordić traveled to Tbilisi for the International Conference on European Integration and to Bucharest to visit the Romanian Senate.
In Athens, she participated in the Women Political Leaders Summit. In her capacity as president of the Friendship Group of the Parliament of Montenegro with the Republic of Portugal, she traveled to Lisbon, where she participated in the second Lisbon conference of the OSCE OS. Total per diems for travel amounted to 844 euros.
Kordić has been the Minister of Tourism since July of this year, after the reconstruction of the Government.
Vuković traveled five times, Jelena Nedović eight times
EUR 5.483 was spent on the trips of the President of the Committee for European Integration Ivan Vuković (DPS) from the budget.
He traveled to Namur (Belgium), where he participated in the meeting of the Chairmen of the EU European Affairs Committee (COSAC), Strasbourg, to the meeting of the EU-Montenegro Parliamentary Committee for Stabilization and Association, Bucharest, to visit the Romanian Senate and Bratislava, on a study visit Committee for European Affairs of the Slovak National Council.
Vuković also traveled to Tbilisi for an international conference on European integration.
The eight official trips of the President of the Administrative Board Jelena Nedović (PES) cost 4.674 euros. As a member of the parliamentary delegation to the OSCE PA, she traveled to Baku, where she participated in the international observation mission of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
In the same capacity, she traveled to Tirana to the Interparliamentary Forum of the delegation of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly from Southeast Europe, to Lisbon - to the second Lisbon Conference of the OSCE PS and to Bucharest, to the annual meeting of the OSCE PS. The least expenses, 36 euros each, were set aside for trips to Kolašin, Kotor and Herceg Novi, where she participated in seminars for members of the Assembly's Women's Club. Her daily wages totaled 759 euros.
The vice president went to Davos
The official trips of the Vice President of the Assembly Zdenka Popović (Democrat) cost 3.591 euros.
Popović made an official trip to Davos, where she participated in the 54th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum, and in Athens, where she participated in the Women Political Leaders Summit.
The rest refers to trips in Montenegro - to Tivat, Kolašin, Herceg Novi and Kotor, where she participated in workshops organized by the Westminster Foundation and the International Republican Institute for members of the Women's Club. According to the dream, she received 792 euros per day.
A little less - EUR 3.666 was spent on official trips by the former chairman of the Committee for Economy, Finance and Budget, and the current vice-chairman of the Assembly, Mirsad Nurković (BS). He traveled to Rabat - Morocco for the 17th plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean (PS UzM), to Berlin for a study visit to the audit court of Germany. He also made an official trip to Luxembourg, where he attended the celebration of Montenegro's Independence Day organized by the "Homeland Club Bihor" Association, which cost the budget 793 euros. He also stayed in Petrovac, where he participated in the conference "Advantages of the Berlin Process". He received 672 euros in daily wages.
The Vice President of the Assembly Boris Pejović (PES) had two official trips for which 2.905 euros were spent from the budget. He traveled to Strasbourg for the session of the Parliamentary Committee of the European Union (EU) and Montenegro for Stabilization and Association (POSP) and to Vienna, for the conference of the presidents of the parliaments of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region. Total per diems for travel amounted to 454 euros.
Six trips by the chairman of the Committee for Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning, Dejan Đurović (NSD), cost the budget 2.864 euros. His trip to Brussels, where he participated in the International Conference on Urban Policies in the EU, cost the most, for which 1.271 euros were allocated. A similar amount was set aside for his trip to Brussels for the inter-parliamentary conference on the circular economy, within the framework of Belgium's presidency of the Council of the EU. He traveled to Braga, Portugal, on the government plane for the 18th plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, in the capacity of the head of the delegation to PAM. For the trip to Nikšić, where he participated in the public debate on the Spatial Plan of Montenegro, 48 euros were spent. He received a total of 548 euros for daily allowances.
For Erakovic's trip to Bucharest, 2.655 euros
President of the Anti-corruption Committee Jevto Eraković (DPS) had one official trip, which cost 2.655 euros. He traveled to Bucharest, to the annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, in the capacity of a deputy member of the delegation to the OSCE PS. Daily wages for that trip amounted to 388 euros.
The trips of Dražen Petrić, chairman of the Committee for Health, Work and Social Welfare, cost the budget 1.403 euros. He traveled to Roswell - USA, for training organized by the International Law Enforcement Academy ILEA and to Madrid, on a study visit organized by the International Republican Institute. In both cases, the airline tickets and hotel accommodation were paid for by the event organizer. He received daily allowances in the total amount of 1.379 euros for his travels.
Zogović and Rovčanin did not travel
In the first six months, the chairman of the Committee for Education, Science, Culture and Sports Nikola Rovčanin and former chairman of the Committee for Political System, Justice and Administration Milun Zogović did not travel officially. Since July of this year, after the reconstruction of the Government, Zogović has been the Deputy Prime Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development. Rovčanin was appointed as the chairman of the Board on June 4, and the submitted data refer to the period until June 30 of the current year.
The President of the Committee for Human Rights and Freedoms, Jovan Vučurović, only had an expense of 18 euros, which he received as a daily allowance for visiting the Day Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities and Persons with Disabilities in Pljevlja - Bijelo Polje.
308 euros were spent from the budget for the trips of the president of the Committee for Gender Equality, Jelenka Andrić. She traveled to Ankara, to a conference on gender-responsive budgeting, and the rest refers to trips to several cities in Montenegro, where she participated in seminars.
Mandić gave up his daily allowance, traveled by government plane
The trips of the President of the Assembly Andrije Mandić cost the budget 1.686 euros, for which he waived his daily allowance.

Mandić traveled to Brussels, to the inter-parliamentary conference on stability, economic coordination and governance in the EU, to Palma de Mallorca to the conference of presidents of EU parliaments and to Braga, to the 18th plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM). He went to Belgrade twice - for a visit on the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia and the second visit - on March 28, which was listed as a business visit, but for which no information is available on the method of travel or accommodation.
On the trip to Braga, Palma de Mallorca and Brussels, he traveled by government plane.
