"The announcement of the 'Association of Judges' in which this organization, in addition to all the other political entities that appeared in the previous days, chooses to accuse Democratic Montenegro of, as they say, 'merely gaining political points on the obvious accident that befell an injured minor and his family', shows that with our announcement we have just hit the heart of the judicial 'problem.'' At the same time ignoring the very third and fourth sentences of our announcement (quoting almost everything else) in which we warn that these tragic events must not be politicized in any way. , the 'Association of Judges' is trying to defend itself with a political attack, which is more characteristic of the parties of the former regime, than a representative independent association of judges, which this association should certainly be to his announcement of the words 'the legacy of the former regime', so in this case as well, we are as forthcoming and ready to refute all the positions from this politically motivated announcement in a very well-argued manner.
"Gentlemen from the top of the association, that is, the author of the text in question, allow us to present to you the evidence that confirms the collapse of the Montenegrin judicial system.
"We believe you know who Vesna Medenica is? If you don't, we will remind you that an indictment was brought against Vesna Medenica, her son and friends for the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization, the extended criminal offense of smuggling, the extended criminal offense of giving a bribe, accepting a bribe, illegal influence and incitement to illegal influence, abuse of official position, unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, facilitating the consumption of narcotic drugs, illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances, serious bodily injury and prevention of evidence.
"We will also remind you that the 'Montenegrin Mama Justice', during whose rule the judicial system 'Association of Judges' was not so quick and active in defending 'threatened' rights, was released to defend herself from freedom, in order to defend herself from freedom as many as 22 times managed to delay her own trial and humiliated all the judges and the judicial system in Montenegro more than during her long reign.

"The legacy of the former regime is the legacy of the just-mentioned Vesna Medinica, that no one will be engaged in the work of a judge anymore, because she dishonored and criminalized that calling, and what's more, allow us to state that it is also your fault as an association, because for years you have been publicly silent on all her wrongdoings , and especially when you 'mined' and 'silenced' her third unconstitutional mandate.
"For years, you remained silent in public, even when Vesna Medenica was ordering judges how to judge and choosing who would be a judge in Montenegro, while many individuals were never given the chance to be judges, or were denied promotion, because they were " inappropriate' Vesna Medenica.
"Precisely by opening up all the secrets in Montenegro, we will, be sure of it, and how to submit evidence and criminal charges, and we will have the opportunity in Montenegro to finally publicly find out how verdicts were 'bought' and who the judges are besides Vesna Medenica which at one point in Montenegro decided the fate of thousands of people, and with their unjust and illegal decisions they destroyed the judicial system and the public's trust in it.
"Finally, we publicly invite you as an association to call on your colleagues to open the trials of Duško Knežević, Dejan Peruničić and others to the public and that the Montenegrin public can see your work as well as the actions of the regime that you have publicly remained silent for over 30 years through the television broadcast.
"And as for your allegations about poor working conditions and poor wages, your colleagues would definitely not agree with that, who received apartments of 100 and more square meters from the former regime for paltry sums of money, and almost took the money from themselves. black funds.
"One 'Limenka', the case of 'Šarić' and 'Kalić' and the forgotten loop on the highway just 'ate' the court building you are talking about, where the judiciary, unfortunately, completely failed the test of justice and fairness.
"After all, the political motivation of the attack on Democratic Montenegro using and abusing the Association of Judges by its president is completely clear and obvious to us.
