The Coalition of Democrats - The Europe Now Movement, led by Dragana Kažanegra Stanišić, submitted to the Municipal Election Commission last night the list for the upcoming extraordinary elections in Budva scheduled for November 17.
"As a wife and mother and a member of our wonderful community, I feel a deep connection to our city and its people. Our Budva is much more than stone buildings and the sea that surrounds us, it is our tradition, our family and a community that belongs to everyone who lives in it and who comes to it. There are many challenges behind us, but what always inspires me is the strength and wisdom of our people. Together with my team, which consists of honest, hardworking people, I am fully committed to building Budva where we will all live better. My vision is not only the modernization of institutions, but also the renewal of the spirit of unity", said the list holder Kažanegra Stanišić and added:
"We women, who often bear the greatest burden of care for the family and community, know how important it is to build a safe home. That's why I want Budva to be a home for everyone, a place where our children will grow up in safety, where every family will feel respected," she said.
Kažanegra Stanišić emphasized that her team and she will fight even harder for a transparent, efficient and fair local self-government in which the interests of citizens will always come before personal interests.
"I often hear that some are skeptical about a woman leading this process, but I believe it's time to show that women's strength is not in division but in creation. I am not asking for your support because I am a woman, but because I am ready to build a better Budva together with you for all of us. I believe that the seriousness of politics is not in power, but in serving the people, our children and future generations," said Kažanegra Stanišić.

She stated that in this election process she will not enter into conflicts or allow the campaign of that coalition to turn into a field of division and insults.
"I invite everyone to focus on what is really important - building a better Budva. Anyone who has evidence of injustices and illegalities should contact the competent institutions. We will not allow misinformation and fear to destroy our families. Budva is a symbol of coexistence, diversity, rich culture and history. Our strength lies in our diversity, and our prosperity in our togetherness. On November 17, Budva chooses itself - a safe, just and prosperous city for all of us. This victory will not be only political, it is a victory of peace, trust and solidarity. It is a victory for our children, for our Budva and all those who come to it. Together we can, together we will succeed," she said.
The President of the Initial Board of PES Budva, Dejan Rabrenović, said that their messages are clear.
"The Europe Now movement will be a constructive factor in the future local government, stable and above all dedicated to our fellow citizens, and by no means selfish and narrow-party interests. We act in a coalition with the Democrats, our colleagues with whom we achieve exceptional results at the state level. We share the same political values and vision of Budva, the European city of the future. Our coalition will be the foundation of the future government - even stronger for the honorable, responsible and transparent local administration of all of us," said Rabrenović.
