It is clear that this time, as many times before, the political interest of certain structures came before the law, the Constitution and human rights, said the Forward Movement, reacting to the Constitutional Court's decision to reject their appeal to re-vote in Doljani.

They say that the only dilemma is whether it is more devastating that the Constitutional Court, when deciding on the appeal of the Forward Movement in the same factual and legal situation, decided contrary to its earlier decision from U-VII No. 1/21 from 2021 in the case regarding the disappearance of the extract from the voter list from the Javljen polling station in Nikšić, or that, as they claim, the exact result and voting schedule for today's decisions were known days in advance.
