I have no problem with the Serbian people, on the contrary. I cooperate with them very well in the position I currently hold, I even appointed members of the Serbian people to be my closest collaborators, as exemplary citizens of Montenegro and true professionals in their work, I have a problem with fraudsters who refer to nationalism, said the Vice-President of the Government of Montenegro Above, Minister of Economic Development and leader of the Albanian Forum Nika Đeljošaj.
He stated in the statement that he was reacting to the "untruths" of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro and the leader of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD), Andrije Mandić.
"I was as worried about the 'threat' of dismissal as I was about last year's snow," Đeljošaj pointed out.
The ZBCG coalition, of which the NSD is a part, yesterday accused Đeljošaj of "emphasized chauvinism" towards the Serbs in Montenegro and told him that if he continues to threaten, he may be the only one expelled from the government.
They did this because previously Đeljošaj, speaking for the Voice of America, strongly rejected initiatives to change the Law on Citizenship, to allow dual citizenship, and warned that this would mean a change in the national structure of Montenegro, which, as he said, would be met with fierce response.

Đeljošaj said yesterday on the occasion of ZBCG's statement that he "followed" Mandić's threats and that it is known that only cowards do not sign statements.

In today's reaction, Đeljošaj said that everything he said in the conversation for Voice of America is contained in the Agreement on the Formation of the 44th Government of Montenegro.
"Also, everything I said represents the official policy of the 44th Government of Montenegro. Every position that I personally advocate is supported by Mandic, he proved it with his signature, and why he cheated and faked his signature and his word, he knows that, that's his problem, and it is my duty and responsibility to point that out," Đeljošaj pointed out.
He added that not once, during his appearance on the show, did he mention any nation or language.
"I expressed my own political position regarding the anti-European attempts to stop the integration of Montenegro into the European Union and I called for respect for the Constitution and the official policy of the Government of Montenegro, in which Mandić still participates. Why and how did you recognize that you rocking chair, I honestly don't know, since I didn't even mention you, but, of course, if you hadn't felt very well how your chair was shaking, you would never have reacted , friends, citizens, just like everyone else - they also want a modern and developed Montenegro, and they want it as a member state of the European Union. And you are not their representatives. 2/3 of them do not vote for you, you who are currently subjects and representatives interests of your principals, who have anti-European and anti-state goals," Đeljošaj said.
He said that Mandić thinks that function is everything in life, since it starts from himself and his worldviews.
"You will carry out your cowardly theses and habit of labeling people where you are used to it and where it suits you, and this is your last warning. Everything you have about me, you and anyone else, in every sense and form, all for my 44 years of life, present it and prove it publicly, wherever and however you wish. Finally, it is good for Montenegro that I prevented you from your plan regarding the law on dual citizenship," concluded Đeljošaj.
