Holder of the "Dr. Vujičić Božidar - Voice for Change" list, Božidar Vujičić filed criminal charges against Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property Slaven Radunović for falsifying expired planning documents.
"Budva urgently needs the help of the state prosecutor's office to prohibit the use of the expired and illegal detailed urban plans 'Budva Center' and 'Bečići' as soon as possible. The help of the prosecutor's office is necessary because the Government of Montenegro does not want to help Budva, to urgently suspend the issuance of construction documents facilities based on the mentioned plans," Vujičić pointed out in the announcement.
He added that the plans were drawn up by the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) for the needs of the powerful of that party.
"When the period of validity of the plans expired in 2014, Minister Gvozdenović thought of sending an expert instruction to the Municipality of Budva, that the plans are valid until new ones are adopted and not until their validity period expires, as published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro," stated Vujičić .
He said that he is not surprised why the ministers in the competent ministry acted according to the expert instructions of Gvozdenović until 2020, but that he is surprised why the ministers of the former opposition after 2020 and Spajić believe more in the instructions of Gvozdenović than in the current laws.
"We filed a complaint against Minister Slaven Radunović and Prime Minister Spajić for falsification of the aforementioned plans, after we demanded that invalid and illegal plans be removed from the ministry's register of valid documents, the minister did not even deign to receive us for an interview and did not act on the request. On the same occasion, we filed reports against a large number of state prosecutors, so far without results," Vujičić said.
According to him, "the citizens of Budva are enslaved by the political parties, which elect councilors, deputies and the Government of Montenegro, unfortunately they also totally control the state prosecutor's office".
"The only democratic salvation for the return of power to the hands of the citizens is to open electoral lists, as was the case from 1905 to 1990, so that the members of parliament and the Government of Montenegro are elected by the citizens, as determined by the Constitution of Montenegro. Dear citizens, if you think similarly to us, go to the polls and circle the number 4," Vujičić concluded.
