That coalition consists of the Social Democrats, the Social Democratic Party, the Liberal Party and non-party figures.
"Looking at the current social, political, and economic context, there is an evident need for a platform that would bring together political entities committed to the principles of responsibility and development," the document states.
The platform, as stated, should be dedicated to overcoming political and social divisions for the sake of common interest "which is key for the stable future of Podgorica and Montenegro as a civil state and a democratic society".
The document states that it is necessary to respect several principles, among which are - citizens in focus, dynamic development and improvement of infrastructure, personnel policy based on competencies, transparency and responsibility in work, responsible management of public finances and resources.
The document states that Podgorica needs an efficient, responsible and transparent city administration, which will work in the interests of the citizens and ensure the stability and development of the city.
Therefore, it is stated, it is necessary to optimize the administration as soon as possible in order to make it functional and sustainable in the financial sense, and at the same time capable of improving communal and other services to citizens.
It is stated that it is necessary to open an administration for non-party figures employed in the system of the Capital City, who have knowledge but have not been given the opportunity to be in leadership positions. It is stated that, among other things, it is necessary to implement the principle of even development of the city.
