The new local government, which we will form, will dedicate itself to the restoration of the dysfunctional and unsafe promenade in the center of Petrovac, to solving the problems of the sewage infrastructure, and to the construction of marine outlets in Petrovac and Buljarica. With this, we will provide better conditions for the life of local residents and the stay of tourists, said the candidate for councilor of the coalition "Democrats - Movement Europe now - Even stronger" Nikola Obradović.
He said that the current maintenance is inadequate, because Komunalno Budva only performs basic cleaning, while for the tourist season, "more serious procedures are needed so that visitors do not have an image of poor hygiene and communal order".
"The residents of Petrovac remember the long-standing promises to complete the work on the promenade, which cost over eight million euros, and eventually became the subject of an investigation by the state prosecutor's office. Our coalition, the Europe Now Movement and the Democrats, has a clear vision for the development of Petrovac, which we will realize with the support of the Government of Montenegro Our goal is for one of the most beautiful summer resorts on the Adriatic to once again take its rightful place on the list of most desirable destinations," said Obradović.
