We were surprised, but not offended, by the reaction of the coalition "For the future of Budva - Budva must go forward" led by Mladen Mikijelj regarding our pre-election video related to the problems we had with garbage collection this summer, it was announced from the list "Budva our city".

They reacted to the announcement of the coalition "For the future of Budva - Budva must move forward" in which, among other things, it is stated that "the group 'Budva our city' and their leader show their true face - rudeness and disrespect towards the citizens and workers of Komunalno predezju doo Budva".

"I was surprised, because the mentioned 'coalition', i.e. the people who stand behind it, recognized themselves in our video by reacting. Did they thereby admit that the process presented in the video is also known to them in some 'deeper' sense!?

"The baseless name-calling, of course, did not offend us, because when accusations of rudeness come from individuals and groups whose traces we recognize in the dirtiest and most vulgar pre-election bot campaign in the history of multi-partyism in Montenegro, then there is no room for anger. From those who fight against political competitors are based on insults and incitement, a different reaction to the joking presentation of facts could not have been expected. This, in fact, is the essential difference between us and them: we also tried to remind the citizens of some pre-election and post-election events from this summer, and they recognized themselves in the fictitious anti-heroes from our video," the announcement reads.

From the list "Budva naš grad" they said that we will not waste words on the well-worn phrases "this is not Budva", "and the matchbox interpretation of the alleged 'deep contempt for all people who work daily in municipal enterprises and municipal administration'".

"Lack of humor, cheap parole and moralizing that could be most easily described with the folk 'who about what...', as if it has become the aggregate state of consciousness of this group. So much for them. We invite the citizens of Budva to watch our video carefully and think about who they actually despise municipality workers and this city. Anyone who recognizes the undoubted fact on which the 'story' that we presented in the video rests, also knows the answer to the previously posed question," the announcement concludes.
