According to the Constitution, the government is obliged to provide security to the citizens of Montenegro, said the representative of the Democratic Party of Socialists, Nikola Janović.
He pointed out that in Montenegro every citizen must feel safe and secure.
"According to the Constitution, the government is obliged to provide that right," Janović stated on the Iks network.
He added that excuses, justifications and shifting responsibility to past times "are not helpful at this time."
