The Vice-President of the Municipality of Budva, Jasna Dokić, confirmed to "Vijesta" that she is no longer part of the political group "Budva naš grad", led by Nikola Jovanović, of which she was a part in the May elections.
"I am not on the 'Budva our city' list because of disagreements about possible political coalitions and lack of transparency in making key decisions important for our city," Dokić said briefly.
In the May elections, she was second on the "Budva our city" list and a key figure of that group of citizens in the political campaign.
After the election, she opposed that "Budva is a city" negotiating with the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) regarding the formation of the government.
Political opponents of Jovanović's list during the campaign for the upcoming November elections believe that it agreed on a coalition with the DPS and the Social Democratic Party (SDP), which he called untrue.
