The holder of the list "Dr. Vujičić Božidar - Voice for change", Božidar Vujičić announced that the campaign for the election of councilors of the Budva Municipal Assembly clearly shows the intention of the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and Aleksa Bečić, as well as the President of the Assembly Andrija Mandić, to continue with the falsification of expired, illegal and plans for which a moratorium was set by the Decision on the Adoption of the Spatial Urban Plan of the Municipality of Budva, until the adoption of the Spatial Urban Plan (PUP).
"It is about the detailed urban plans of 'Budva center' and 'Bečići'. The moratorium was determined by the decision to last until the PUP is adopted. As the PUP is still being drafted, it is unclear why the mentioned gentlemen do not promise the citizens of Budva that they will urgently re-determine the moratorium, as a basic prerequisite for the preparation of the PUP of the Municipality of Budva. Without the PUP, not a single building can be built, which the election lists promise to the citizens every day," Vujičić said.
He points out that with such actions of the mentioned officials of the Government of Montenegro, the urban chaos continues and threatens the possibility for the sustainable development of the city.
"High-ranking officials who often stay in Budva these days, supporting the electoral lists of their candidates, show in action whose interests they are actually protecting, they are protecting the interests of a small number of powerful individuals who want to build apartments for sale at any cost, based on the expired DPS illegal DUP 'Budva Center' and 'Bečići', to the direct detriment of other citizens of Budva. The position of the electoral list 'Dr. Vujičić Božidar-Glas za prjemenje' is clear to the citizens," concluded Vujičić.
