Zenović emphasized that Budva is a city of culture and creativity.
"We will establish the Secretariat for Culture, build a multifunctional cultural center and support projects of the independent cultural scene, as well as the construction of a souvenir factory for Montenegro. The Budva promenade and the Budva artery, he added, will be a turning point in the urban development of the city.
"We will change the urban core of the city through the construction of micro-parks, green belts, children's playgrounds, fountains, water fountains and art spaces that will provide quality life to all city residents. We will restore concrete football and basketball courts, provide free Internet in the Old Town area, equip rural areas with utilities We must not allow communal chaos in the city and that is why we will establish a system of control and sanctions and ensure that the city is organized in accordance with the expectations of citizens and tourists. Budva in a way that is sustainable and diverse, so that the city remains visited throughout the year. In addition to traditional summer tourism, we want to develop congress, religious and sports tourism in order to attract visitors at any time of the year, to point to the culture and tradition as the foundation of the city of Budva and the surrounding communes. : Grbljan, Paštrović, Brajić, Pobor, Main and Paštrović," Zenović pointed out.

"Budva must be a city of ideas and innovations that will be implemented in the smart city concept in order to improve the quality of life of citizens and tourists. Everything we do, we do for young people, for the future. We must create the conditions for young people to stay in Budva, to start their businesses here and to found their families. We will provide support to young married couples to solve the housing issue as easily and under more favorable conditions, we will provide scholarships for deficient occupations, strengthen the Youth Club and promote recreational sports. We will develop support programs for young entrepreneurs to enable them to realize their business ideas", stressed Zenović and added:
"We will ensure that Budva is a just city where there is no place for discrimination. We will immediately increase the budget for the Day Center and complete the construction of the Day Center for 27+. We will especially take care of pensioners, our oldest and our parents who built this city and country. For Budva to be a city of equality, opportunities, prosperity and accelerated economic growth. But it is not enough to dream, it is necessary to get out of the nightmare of chaos, disorder and lawlessness in which Budva has been left today. We should give our voice to the idea that Budva can be something else, what it was and what it will be - a city tailored to man.
