First of all, as they point out, Dragana Kovačević should report herself to KAS and the other institutions she cited for simultaneously performing three functions, falsifying official documents and false representation.
"It would be expected that Mrs. Kovačević has several more positions because even with these few she is the undisputed champion in the entire territory of the municipality of Budva. We believe that it is clear that political manipulation is the goal of Mrs. Kovačević when she claims that the director refused to produce some documents as if the job of the executive director is to file papers in any organization. Officials at TO Budva repeatedly pointed out to Mrs. Kovačević that there is a clear procedure for registering documents from the session of the Assembly of TO Budva in a special register of our institution, and neither the director nor anyone else has any influence on that.
