The list "Dr. Vujičić Božidar - Voice for Change", which will participate in the upcoming local elections in Budva, is advocating that the 44th Government of Montenegro return the right of ownership to the true owners or pay them the land located in Buljarice in the grip of maritime property.
As the holder of this list, Božidar Vujičić, said, after the adoption of the Law on Marine Property in 1992, the Government of Montenegro, led by the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), registered private property in the marine property zone.
"Without paying fair compensation, and giving the right of use to the true owners. The behavior of the DPS Government is not surprising, it is unclear why the government of the liberators after 2020, now the 44th Government, supported by PES, NSD, Democrats, SNP, DNP- ea and others, by decision does not return the right of ownership to all previous owners or if he wants to remain the owner based on expropriation, he pays the land to the previous owners.
With the verdict Nešić v. Montenegro, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, Nešić was given back his right to property, which the Government of Montenegro took from him without paying compensation. The court gave the opportunity to the Government of Montenegro to expropriate private land in the zone of the maritime domain, based on the Law on the Maritime Domain, only with the prior payment of a fair price for the land," the press release stated.
Vujičić adds that the Protector of Property and Legal Interests of the 44th Government submits lawsuits to the Administrative Court against the first-instance decisions of the Cadastre Administration, on the basis of which the seized land is returned to the true owners.
"The stated action of the 44th Government of Montenegro, on this basis, does not differ from the action of the Government, which was led by the Democratic Party of Socialists, the said action of the 44th Government of Montenegro leads to the conclusion that the 44th Government does not respect the property rights of its citizens or in 44 The government, on this issue, is still dominantly asked by the cadres from the Democratic Party of Socialists owners," concludes Vujičič.
