Democratic Montenegro announced that tonight it submitted to the Municipal Election Commission (MEC) of Berane the election list "Democrats - We preserve our roots, we build Berane - Božo Premović" for the upcoming local elections in this municipality scheduled for December 8.
The holder of the list is Božo Premović, president of the Municipality of Berane.
The announcement states that the list consists of 34 Beranka and Beran citizens, of which over 70 percent are university graduates, over 35 percent are women and over 30 percent are young people.
"We are proud and honored by such an electoral list, a representation of morality, dedication and expertise. We are especially proud that our list is led by the long-time secretary for agriculture, water management and forestry in the Municipality of Berane, the current and future president of the Municipality, Božo Premović. Behind him is a team of people who showed how to keep his word, how to respect the electoral will of the citizens and how to look to the future. Premović said that he is proud of the list made up of people who have proven with their dedicated work and effort how the city is run.
"We keep our roots, we build Berane, and that's why we invite the citizens of Berane to support our list, a list that has a vision, a future and a list that has a plan for how to lead the municipality of Berane," said Premović.
Member of the Presidency of the Democrats, Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North, Damjan Ćulafić pointed out that no mayor in 15 days managed to bring as many millions of investments as Premović.
"That's why Božo Premović is ready to lead the Municipality of Berane, to lead the battle for justice, honor and development, and the people of Beran and the citizens of Beran have an easy choice - Democrats - we keep our roots, we build Berane - Božo Premović", concluded Ćulafić.
Democrat official Novica Obradović said that they knew that they would fight many tough battles in Berane and that they would emerge victorious from all of them.
"That's why the time has come to bring stability, responsible government and government that will work exclusively in the interest of this city and its citizens to Berane," concluded Obradović.
