We have witnessed great pressure in recent months from those who are sometimes in power, sometimes not, announced the candidate for councilor on the list "European Union - Petar Odžić (SDP, SD, LP and citizens) - Clean election", Dunja Dragović said.
"I am speaking on behalf of the young people who are here with us, as well as those who are not, but whom I know want prosperity, respect for true values, a cultured and dignified life in their city. We have witnessed great pressure in recent months from those who the authorities, now they are not. However, you will not be able to blackmail or bribe us, let alone intimidate us," said Dragović in the statement.
According to her, "in the past years, we have clearly seen their abilities and 'moral values', which is why we have such a large number of elections in just a few years".
"Their management of the city is really, in its own way, an art. They destroyed almost everything that was valuable and contributed to the complete collapse of the image of the city and the quality of life in it," said Dragović.
She added that the list of the European Union represents a combination of young, educated and those who have already proven themselves and are virtuous, who are a real role model for young people.
"As a young woman, I feel even greater defiance and can freely say contempt for everything that is outside the scope of decency, the rule of law and European principles - for all the dirty games, blackmail, pressure on citizens and employees, for their arrogant behavior. Yesterday's allies are now they race in accusations and confrontations. Everything that we were taught to avoid, because it is unacceptable and dangerous, now wants to be imposed on us as a norm. Maybe it is the standard for us, but it is not and never will be to be", emphasized Dragović.
As she said, Budva has been under blockade for too long, and we are not saying that, but the actions of those who brought it to this point.
"That's why I invite all citizens, especially my generation, to go to the polls on the 17th in as many numbers as possible and vote wisely. We have a choice. A vote for the European Union is a vote for the return of dignity to Budva, for stopping the general disintegration and stumbling. We have always been on the same way, for the good of Budva and Montenegro," said Dragović.
