According to preliminary unofficial results from all polling stations, from the election headquarters of PES-Demokrata, the list "For the future of Budva-Budva must go forward-Mladen Mikijelj" received 25,93 percent of the votes, i.e. 2.979 votes or nine mandates.
According to the same data, the list "Budva our city – Nikola Jovanović" received 25,30 percent of the votes, that is, 2.907 votes or nine mandates.
The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) received 21,95 percent of the vote, i.e. 2.522 votes or seven mandates.
The coalition of Democratic Montenegro and the Europe Now Movement (PES) received 9,72 percent of the vote, i.e. 1.117 votes or three mandates.
The group of voters "Movement for the City - Đorđe Zenović" received 6,41 percent of the votes, that is, 736 votes or two mandates.
The European Union received 5,90 percent of the vote, or 678 votes or two mandates.
The civil movement URA received 3,59 percent of the vote, or 412 votes and one mandate.
The list "Dr. Vujičić Božidar – voice for change" received 1,20 percent, i.e. 138 votes and zero mandates.
