Extraordinary parliamentary elections in Montenegro are necessary and certain, announced today Nikola Milović, the leader of the list of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in the local elections in Budva, which were held on November 17.

After nine years at the local level and four years at the at the state level, DPS represents the only party that can provide stability during the formation of the government in Budva," wrote Milović on the X social network.
He added that the Government's parties lost their legitimacy, and that after Podgorica they experienced a complete breakdown in Budva as well.

It was a great honor and pleasure to be the holder of a list that has a clear goal - to bring changes that our city expects and that are certain. Yesterday, the Budva Municipal Election Commission determined the preliminary results of the local extraordinary elections held on November 17.
According to those results, the coalition "For the future of Budva - Budva must move forward - Mladen Mikijelj" won 2.979 or 25,93 percent of the votes, and the civic list "Budva our city - Nikola Jovanović" won 2.907 or 25,30 percent of the votes.
The list "Movement for the City - Đorđe Zenović" won 736 or 6,41 percent of the votes, the list "Dr. Vujičić Božidar - Voice for Change" 138 or 1,20 percent, the coalition "Democrats - PES - Dragana Kažanegra Stanišić" 1.117 or 9,72 percent of votes, "URA - Blažo rađenović - Different" 412 or 3,59 percent of votes, "European Union - Petar Odžić" 678 or 5,90 percent, and the Democratic Party of Socialists and the list "For Budva with heart and knowledge - Prof. Dr. Nikola Milović "2.523 or 21,96 percent.
