Democratic Montenegro will make the citizens of Berane live a better and better quality of life, said Božo Premović, holder of the list "We protect our roots - we build Berane - Božo Premović".
"The winning electoral list started its talks tonight in Berane, precisely with those with whom it is necessary, with the citizens. Democratic Montenegro, from its foundation until today, finds its collaborators in the most important resource of Montenegro, in the citizens, unlike of certain political subjects who helped criminal structures to plant their roots in the foundations of the social community," said that party.
The President of the Democrats and Deputy Prime Minister Aleksa Bečić praised the list of councilors of that party in Berane and said that "it is made up of great people".
"We have a great board list. We have an excellent holder of the electoral list. We have a man whom Berans perceive as a true conciliator as well as an honest, modest man who knows how to balance, who knows how to build bridges of cooperation, who never divides a single person on anything, who treats everyone equally. And that's not a story. Our dear Božo has proven that by managing a very important and demanding secretariat for eight years, but also at the beginning of the four-year mandate of the Municipality. Bečič said that, in addition to Premović, the Democrats in Berane have "other people to be proud of".

Premović said that they have a short campaign ahead of them, "but a campaign that has something to offer, when it comes to us". Damjan Ćulafić, former vice-president of the Berane Municipal Assembly and current Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North, said that they "chose the best" among them as the holder of the list in Berane.
"When the circumstances arose for us to choose a new list holder, somehow it was self-evident that we would choose the best among us, and that's exactly what we did. We got the best list holder. To be fair and honest, our Božo Premović possesses all the qualities that adorn a good and quality man as well as a leader, the president of the municipality.
