We have seen that the Prime Minister of Montenegro and the leader of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Milojko Spajić lost all the elections in which he participated, both independently and in the coalition, announced the deputy of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in the Assembly of the Capital City Andrija Klikovac.
He told reporters after the constituent session of the Assembly of the Capital City, where the mandates of councilors were verified, that they had seen the announcement of the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, in which he stated that he would invite Spajić to a dialogue.

"One process of cohabitation is clear. They discussed it at the Security Committee, and when they formed the practice," said Klikovac.
He pointed out that extraordinary parliamentary elections will be held in Montenegro next year if Spajić is a responsible politician.
He said that he believed that people from the Movement for Podgorica (PzPG) had communication with people from PES.
"We have our obligations to the citizens of Podgorica, to work in the interest of the city," said Klikovac.
When asked how far we are from the formation of the government in Podgorica, Klikovac said that he will continue talks with the European Union and the Party of European Progress, and that he will inform the public about it.
He added that citizens turn to them every day to respond to certain problems as the opposition.
When asked about the platform of the Civil Movement (GP) URA and PzPG on the formation of the government in Podgorica, which was presented yesterday, he said that there were no official talks, and when there are, he will inform the public.
