The higher court in Podgorica gave consent to bring official documents to the detained President of Budva Municipality, Milo Božović, into the Spuška Investigation Prison, which he signed and thus dismissed Jasna Dokić from the position of Vice-President of the Municipality and appointed Nikola Jovanović as his deputy.
The Public Relations Adviser of the High Court, Ivana Vukmirović, confirmed to "Vijesta" that the court approved the delivery of official documents to Božović for his signature.
We remind you that Božović dismissed Jasna Dokić, stating that she violated the law, referring to the findings of the Ministry of Public Administration that she violated the law. That government department announced today that it has initiated surveillance in the Municipality of Budva in order to determine whether Božović's decisions are legal.
