President of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić ceremonially unveiled the bust of Marko Miljanov on the square in Berane.
As announced by the Assembly, the bust was placed on the initiative of the Kuča Association from Beran.
"Marko Miljanov is the greatest figure not only of Brda and Montenegro, but also of the whole of Serbia, because he proudly pointed out that he was a member of that great nation," said Mandić.
He added, as announced by the Assembly, that the square also has busts of other historical greats, Mojsi Zečević, Miljan Vuković and his son Gavr Vuković, and that along with the bust of Marko Miljanov, the square will witness and convey the great history of the Beran region.
"You Berans can be proud because you have now completed this square and you have someone to call your name," said Mandić.
In the announcement of the Assembly, it was pointed out that the meeting was attended by officials of the New Serbian Democracy, whose leader is Mandic.
Among them are the holder of the list "For the future of Beran" and deputy Jelena Božović, as well as the president of the Municipality of Nikšić and deputy Marko Kovačević, and deputy Jovan Vučurović.
