In the current pre-election campaign, as in the previous one, the same parties and the same people offer to vote for them again, even though they missed their chance, and trampled on their promises immediately after the election day, announced today Milovan Živković, the holder of the electoral list "Vladislav Dajković - Berane can do better - Free Montenegro - Free citizens of Beran".
"In the ten years between the two population censuses, more than 3.500 residents left Berane, which is the best indicator of the difficult and gray reality in our town. Those we elected as mayors, vice-presidents and presidents of the Assembly, left their town with their families a long time ago and left for Podgorica. So for them, the vote was just a springboard for their departure from Beran, and they again call for Beran and Beran women to vote for them," Živković said in a statement.
He added that "unlike them, as a doctor and university professor, I had many offers to leave Beran, but I stayed here".
"We believe that Berane can do better, that Free Montenegro and the Free Citizens of Berane have a chance to take this city out of its predicament, even from the gray reality called the 'backward north'. Therefore, in the next elections, we invite the citizens of Berane to vote for those who have never deceived neither the Berans nor the citizens of Montenegro, and to round up the number five in the upcoming elections," Živković concluded.
