The Official Gazette of Montenegro published today the final results of the local elections in Budva held on November 17.

From today, the 60-day deadline for the Budva Parliament to be constituted, that is, for the President of the Municipal Assembly to be elected.

The Ministry of Public Welfare is obliged to schedule a constitutive session within 15 days, which must be held within 15 days from the date of the appointment, at which the mandates of councilors will be verified and the head of parliament will be elected.

The official gazette also published the decisions on the dismissal of the vice-president of the municipality, Jasna Dokić, and the appointment of Nikola Jovanović to that position, signed by the detained president, Milo Božović.

Along with the decisions, the consent signed by Božović was published, referring to Article 59 of the Law on Local Self-Government.

The Ministry of Public Administration announced today that Božović's decisions are disputed and illegal.
