MP Filip Adžić (URA) said that the opposition will not allow the prime minister's hour, which is scheduled for December 20, to be held.
"Yesterday we announced that the constitutional coup will not pass. The opposition parties have different positions, they were on different sides, but this is the overthrow of Montenegro and we will not remain silent," Adžić told reporters in the parliament.
When asked by a journalist whether a similar scenario as yesterday can be expected, he did not directly answer, but said that they are ready to do anything against the scenario of the majority to "destroy the country".
Yesterday, the Constitutional Committee made a decision to publish an advertisement for the election of two judges of the Constitutional Court elected by the Assembly, and to talk to the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, so that he may publish an advertisement for the election of two more judges for whom he is responsible.
The opposition claims that an unprecedented case happened at the committee and that the events related to the Constitutional Court have to do with "blocking all elections until 2027."
Milatović said today that he will announce a public call for the election of a judge of the Constitutional Court after that institution determines at the session that there are reasons for the termination of office or dismissal of the judge and informs him about it within the legal deadline.
The President of the Constitutional Court, Snežana Armenko, refused today at the session to adopt the proposal of three judges to send Milatović a notice about the retirement of Judge Budimir Šćepanović in May next year.
