Relations with Croatia, the appointment of a new director of the National Security Agency (ANB), the Velje brdo project, and the country's European path are the topics on which Prime Minister Milojko Spajić will speak at the prime minister's hour.

That session is scheduled for Friday, but there are announcements from the opposition that they will not allow it to take place.

The President of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Andrija Nikolić, will ask the Prime Minister whether all members of the Government have a clear intention to improve relations with Croatia, and what he, as Prime Minister, is ready to change in the Government's treatment of its neighbors, how He would not unnecessarily slow down or block Montenegro's entry into the EU.

On behalf of the group of deputies of the Movement Europe Now (PES), Jovan Subotić asks the Prime Minister what has been done so far with regard to the Velje brdo project, when the preparatory work will begin, and how citizens will be able to apply for the purchase of apartments within of this project.

The head of the parliamentary club ZBCG - DNP, Milan Knežević, will ask what Croatia is asking from Montenegro in order not to block its European path.

President of the Club of Deputies of Democratic Montenegro, Boris Bogdanović, will ask the Prime Minister what the Government is specifically undertaking to investigate and process suspicions about the illegal distribution of weapons from military warehouses a few days before the election day on August 30, 2020, including the destruction of documents, falsification and the turning off of surveillance cameras in to the Ministry of Defense.

"Who issued the order? Which of the Montenegrin officers distributed weapons and to whom? Who ordered the cameras to be turned off? Is there a plan to introduce stricter controls and procedures to prevent misuse of military equipment and weapons, such as those that "happened before the 2020 elections, when automatic rifles and ammunition ended up in the basement of ANB, the Intelligence and Security Directorate, but also with persons of security interest." says Bogdanović.

He also asks what specific steps have been taken to avoid situations such as the "cleaning" of documents from the Intelligence and Security Directorate and the misuse of official resources for political purposes.

The representative of the ZBCG - NSD deputies' club, Jovan Vučurović, will ask the Prime Minister what can be expected on the European road in 2025 and whether chapters can be closed by the end of 2026.

On behalf of the URA MPs' Club, Dritan Abazović has a question for Spajić as to how he justifies the appointment of the new head of ANB, a seafarer by profession, who until recently had the citizenship of another country.

"Is this the continuation of the collapse of national security or the peak of your promised meritocracy?", asks Abazović.

A similar question will be asked by the deputy of the Social Democrats (SD), Nikola Zirojević:

"On the basis of which professional references did you propose the acting director of the National Security Agency and do you think that such a proposal is adequate considering the extremely worrying security situation?".

The representative of the Bosniak Party deputies' club, Admir Adrović, asked if the government has a plan to encourage the return of the diaspora through special programs and incentives for investors who would invest their capital in Montenegro, and especially for those focused on the northern region.

"What is your position on the fact that the local self-government of Nikšić finances, with considerable funds from all the taxpayers of its citizens, the series 'Fortress' produced by Radio-Television of Serbia, which deals with wartime events in the Republic of Croatia in the 1990s," asks the head of the club of deputies. Democratic Union of Albanians and Croatian Civic Initiatives, Adrijan Vuksanović.

Albanian Alliance MP Ilir Capuni will ask the Prime Minister what is the status of the Albanian people in Montenegro and what rights they enjoy as a nation and as individuals.

He pointed out that Albanians in Montenegro, according to the constitution and laws, have the status of a national minority and enjoy rights that enable them to preserve their culture, language and traditions. This, he states, includes the right to education in the mother tongue, representation in politics, media, cultural and religious rights.

"The degree of realization and enjoyment of these rights is questionable, but there is certainly a need to open a dialogue on the following fundamental questions: -1. Do Albanians have the right to ask about their development? 2. Do Albanians have the right to equal development? 3. Do they have an equal right to use the sea property in Montenegro? 4. Do they have the right to decide on their development locally? with a marked migration of Albanians," Capuni will ask.

The President of the Special Club of Deputies, Jevrosima Pejović, will ask how they will prevent the devastation of Montenegro made possible by the Law on Strategic Development Investments and whether the Prime Minister is aware of the effects of similar laws in Albania and North Macedonia.
