President of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić, Minister of Regional Investment Development and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations Ernad Suljević and head of the Democrats Parliamentary Club Boris Bogdanović congratulated Jelena Borovinić Bojović as president of the Capital City Assembly, among others, in their congratulations on the occasion of Podgorica's Liberation Day.
Borovinić Bojović has not held that position since November 28, when the mandates of councilors were verified at the constitutive session of the city parliament.
The constitutive session was chaired by Democratic Montenegro councilor Mitar Vuković, as the oldest councilor.
Bogdanović and Suljević sent corrections to the congratulations, in which they removed Borovinić Bojović.
