The Movement for Podgorica announced that it "will not negotiate with anyone who violates the Constitution of Montenegro".
"In accordance with the principles from the platform of the 'For a better Podgorica' list, we expect all political entities to respect the highest legal document, the Constitution of Montenegro," the statement of the Movement for Podgorica states.
They add that "it is not meaningful to discuss the development of Podgorica if the legal security of every citizen in Montenegro is called into question".
"We call on colleagues from the Constitutional Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, especially colleagues from PES, to return things to their previous state in order to enable legal certainty. This is the only way to create the preconditions for the return of legal certainty as a basis for discussing development policies," he writes. in the announcement.
The Constitutional Committee reached the conclusion by majority vote that Dragana Đuranović met the conditions for old-age pension according to the Law on PIO, on the basis of which the Assembly declared her termination of office.
