The announced new-old government in Podgorica is a continuation of an earlier political deal in which the absence of results will be justified only by the slogan "let these be there, let them not come". The only change in the composition of the new parliament is that Preokret is now in it, initially as a protest voice in the service of citizens' interests and initiatives, Preokret said.

"... and the citizens of the capital city have little reason to expect that the local self-government will first become functional, and then for the benefit of the development of Podgorica. This majority is made up of those constituents who drew up the innovative PUP at the state level for the benefit of investors without asking the local self-government." , they said from Preokret.
They add that the political corporations have found their deal and that any participation in that process would not change the result, "except that it would provide an alibi for the continuation of the party's enslavement of the city and the state, by which they do not give a single indication that they will give up of that intention".
"In accordance with the pre-election promises, the Upheaval will be focused on strengthening the work of local communities, local initiatives and referendums, mobilizing and supporting citizens to launch the instruments of direct democracy, and we will be directed towards an alliance with citizens aimed at dismantling the partitocracy, starting from the local Podgorica Parliament. It is a prerequisite for a better public administration, as well as the life of citizens and ultimately creating assumptions that people are valued according to their qualities and abilities." it is stated in the announcement.
