Dokić points out that the title does not correspond to the content of the temporary decision because "the Administrative Court did not accept the postponement of Božović's dubious decisions about her dismissal, which is also scandalous and illegal", but the process itself will continue and she expects a final verdict in her favor.
Dokić pointed out that Montenegro and she herself are true victims of the wrong decision not to carry out lustration in the judiciary.
"Lustration, throughout Europe, in all countries of the former communist regime, has proven to be a healing tool for purifying the judiciary from corruption and political influence. it became clear that a large number of judges are still in the service of the DPS and its satellites, with whom Nikola Jovanović has recently joined. "Since it became clear that Nikola Jovanović agreed to cooperate with the tandem DPS - SDP, the judges' approach to the usurpation of the functions of the group 'Budva naš grad' and Jovanović himself suddenly changed," Dokić pointed out and added:
"It sounds incredible, but unfortunately it became true, that the Administrative Court just this year, just a few months ago, passed a verdict that the use of Article 59 of the Law on Local Self-Government by the President of the Municipality of Budva is illegal, so that today the judges of that court, when it is in interest of DPS and their new son Nikola Jovanović, made the opposite decision, at least temporarily, because the final verdict will prove that Božović and Nikola Jovanović are just a duo who trample on the law and laws of Montenegro," she pointed out.
Dokić repeated her suspicions that Božović's decisions, which she appealed to the Court, were not only illegal but almost certainly falsified.
The confirmation of her allegations, she claims, is the refusal of the High Court in Podgorica and Judge Zoran Radović to let the public know how Budva Municipality seals and memorandums were allegedly misused and how unauthorized persons brought disputed documents, of unknown content, to the High Court.
She has no dilemma, as she claims, that the combination of crime and the Nikola Jovanović - DPS - SDP coalition is very strong and that is why they are doing everything to rule the Municipality of Budva without choosing the means, the biggest deception of voters that has ever happened in Budva.
The dismissed vice-president reiterates that she will fight to prevent those who "robbed churches, expelled the clergy and who were expelled from the Montenegrin-Limitarian Metropolis and those who arrested dissidents" to return to power through the citizens' group "Budva nas grad" .
"We have come to the scandalous situation that, if we look at the latest decision of the Administrative Court, it has become legal and lawful that for the past few weeks the Municipality of Budva, in addition to the Government's warning from March of last year, was being run from Spuž, but that it is even more scandalous that currently the Assembly of the Municipality of Budva leads from Spuž. If this is not put an end to, then any political activity and dealing with politics will become meaningless," concluded Dokić.
