Vice President and Head of the Parliamentary Caucus of the Civic Movement URA Miloš Konatar called on Prime Minister Milojko Spajić to annul the unconstitutional decision of the Constitutional Committee as soon as the parliamentary majority is reached, the Civic Movement URA announced today.
"The opposition will then be in the parliamentary benches. The prime minister who loves breaking the law and collapsing institutions - we must return him to constitutional and lawful action," Konatar stressed in a statement.
He added that "the substitution of the thesis that there is no budget because of the opposition is one in a series of Spajić's failed spins, due to his inability to resolve the crisis he himself created."
"If he really cares about the citizens, he can enable a debate on the budget in five minutes. And we will be happy to discuss the Prime Minister's mirages: Velje Brdo, a billion from Japan, 500 million investments for Pljevlja, 500 kilometers of highways and others in parliament, when he decides to invoke the law and the constitution," said Konatar.
The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, called on the parliament this morning to adopt the budget by tomorrow.
"Let's send parliamentarians who love the podium and blockades to a few days of undeserved rest," Spajić said.
