The Assembly announced that the continuation of the session of the First Extraordinary Session of the Assembly in 2025 is scheduled for today at 13 p.m.
The first of the 16 items on the agenda is the Draft Law on the Budget of Montenegro for 2025, while the second item is the Draft Decision on the Borrowing of Montenegro for 2025.
Yesterday, at his collegium, the head of parliament, Andrija Mandić, imposed a measure of suspension on some opposition MPs for the next 15 days of the session, due to the recent failure to hold a session of the legislative chamber at which a decision was to be made on the state treasury for this year.
Also on the agenda are: the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility; the Bill on Consumer Credits; the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Tax Administration; the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Payment Transactions; the Bill on Voluntary Pension Funds; the Bill on Ratification of the Agreement between Montenegro and the Principality of Andorra on the Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Income Tax on Property and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance; the Bill on Ratification of the Agreement between Montenegro and Albania on Social Insurance; and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance.
As published on the Parliament's website, the agenda also includes: the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the National Security Agency; the Bill on Amendments to the Law on State Property; the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Construction Products; the Bill on Ratifying the Agreement on the Establishment of the Western Balkans Cyber Capability Center (WB3C); as well as the Bill on Ratifying Amendments to the Multilateral Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, the Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the Republic of Iceland, Montenegro, the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo on the Establishment of a European Common Aviation Area.
The MPs will also discuss the Bill on Ratifying the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Government of Hungary, the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Government of Montenegro, the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Government of the Slovak Republic and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia regarding cooperation and coordination in the field of search and rescue in civil aviation.
