Social Democrats (SD) MPs have submitted an amendment to the Proposal for a Decision on Montenegro's Debt, proposing to reduce the amount of potential debt this year by EUR 200 million.

"The Government's Draft Decision on Borrowing stipulates that the missing funds for financing the budget this year amount to EUR 1,14 billion, and that the state may borrow up to EUR 900 million to cover the missing funds this year, while, exceptionally, the state may also borrow up to EUR 500 million, which is a total of EUR 1,4 billion in potential debt," the SD statement said.
