The informal group of students "Kamo Śutra" blocked the road on Svetog Petra Cetinjski Boulevard tonight, near the Maksim building.
At 17:26 p.m., they began the "23 Minutes of Noise" protest over unfulfilled demands following the tragedy in Cetinje.
Afterwards, the crowd marched down the boulevard, chanting "armchair people," "resign," and "Bečić Vučić." They walked to the intersection near the Ministry of Internal Affairs building, returned to where the blockade had begun, and dispersed.
