Albanian President Bajram Begaj will pay an official visit to Montenegro on Monday, February 10, at the invitation of President Jakov Milatović.
Milatović will welcome Begaj at Villa Gorica in Podgorica with the highest state and military honors, followed by a conversation between the two presidents.
After entering the guest book and the meeting of the two delegations, the heads of state will make statements to the public.
Immediately after the press conference, Milatović and Begaj will plant a friendship tree in the courtyard of Villa Gorica.
At the end of the day, the President of Montenegro will host a gala dinner in honor of his Albanian counterpart.
"The official visit of the President of Albania is a confirmation of the excellent and friendly relations between the two countries and represents an additional impetus for strengthening regional cooperation, as one of the priority foreign policy goals of our country on the path towards full EU membership by 2028," Milatović's office announced.
