The authorities in Nikšić and Herceg Novi have not fulfilled almost any of the promises made to citizens four years ago, said the president of the Main Board of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and representative of the European Union, Mirko Stanić, in a post on the Iks network.
"That's why Andrija Mandić and others are dealing with the issue of dual citizenship these days in order to divert the story from the unsuccessful leadership of both state and local authorities, to national issues," he pointed out.
Both they and the other parties in the state government, adds Stanić, are facing convincing defeats because, as he assesses, they have shown that they are not capable of leading even a local community, let alone the state.
"After these local elections, it will be clear that the government of Vučić's parties does not have a majority in Montenegro and that we will very quickly replace them everywhere," concluded the representative of the European Union.
