The Movement for Change (PzP) nominated a member of the Municipal Election Commission (MEC) Budva tonight, ending the two-hour crisis over the constitution of the convocation.
PzP proposed the candidate regardless of the position of the coalition "For the Future of Budva", of which it is a member.
As reported to "Vijesti", the representative of the coalition "For the Future of Budva" Nemanja Kuljača left the collegium of the president of the Budva Municipal Assembly (SO) Petar Odžić, announcing that the coalition will not propose a member because the State Election Commission (SEC) has given its opinion on which coalition headed by Mladen Mikijelj deserves the position of president and member of the MEC.
This led to the impossibility of forming an MEC, because the Movement for the City - Đorđe Zenović also refused to propose a candidate.
However, a reversal followed, as PzP, despite the coalition's stance, proposed its own candidate, Mića Lutovac, and Vladislav Mitrović as deputy.
This is stated in the resolution that will be presented to councilors tonight at the session, which resumed at around 21 p.m. after a two-hour break.
Lutovac and Mitrović were elected as members and deputy members of the MEC, respectively.

Of the five members of the OIK, "Budva our city" has two, the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) has one member and secretary, and the European Union has one member.
"Vijesti" was told tonight by the "For the Future of Budva" coalition that PzP has no councilors in the Budva parliament because Nikola Vučićević received a mandate from the New Serbian Democracy quota.
