Councilor of the "For the Future of Budva" coalition, Bojana Pićan, announced tonight that the Movement for Change (PzP) is not participating in the Budva parliament and that it could not propose a candidate for the Budva Municipal Election Commission (MEC).
"Where do you get the right to accept certain acts? So someone from the street can come to you and propose a candidate and you will include him. I thought the time for usurpation was over, but it seems it is not," Pićan pointed out at the Budva Municipal Assembly session.
The Mayor of the Municipality, Nikola Jovanović, showed a letter from the municipal PzP board in which they listed their candidates.
He instructed everyone to appeal to the Administrative Court.
At the Budva Municipal Assembly session tonight, a new convocation of the MEC was adopted, with the votes of councilors from the "Budva Our City" list, the European Alliance, the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and the Civic Movement URA.
The new MEC Budva also includes representatives of PzP - Mićo Lutovac, member, and Vladislav Mitrović, deputy member.
