The case of issuing fictitious orders in the Ministry of Defense that damaged the state budget is not the only one, and it has undoubtedly been established that this department falsified invoices and thus paid for various scandals and illegal actions of the former regime, including the former regime's unconstitutional landing in Budva in the summer of 2020.
This was stated by Defense Minister Dragan Krapović in a statement provided to "Vijesti".
"Regarding the above facts, I sincerely hope that these actions of the former special prosecutor Čađenović, who is in a classic conflict of interest in this case, on several grounds, are also under the scrutiny and review of today's SDT. I am convinced that it is crystal clear to everyone in Montenegro that former Minister Bošković and his confidants Volkov and Ljuljanaj Jovićević are a rarely "naive" team, very susceptible to being misled," said Krapović.
The Ministry of Defense announced to "Vijesti" on Wednesday that the Head of the Financial, General and Support Affairs Service of the Ministry of Defense, Marko Drobnjak, who is on trial on suspicion of damaging the state budget by 31.220 euros, will be suspended until the end of the proceedings.
