Andrija Mandić and Milan Knežević have clearly stated and demonstrated that they provide institutional support to the convicted leader of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) announced.
In this way, the DPS believes, in their capacity as representatives of Montenegro, they "directly disrupted" our country's relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina, and "for the umpteenth time presented official state policy as anti-European."
"This is just the latest in a series of moves by the President of the Parliament who is tendentiously obstructing Montenegro's European path, destroying good neighborly relations in the region and in various ways trying to stop the country's progress towards the EU. It is unfortunate that all parties in the ruling majority see what Andrija Mandić's goal is, but remain silent because their seats depend on his party's votes. By the same principle, state institutions are burying their heads in the sand, faced with obvious violations of the law," the statement reads.
That is why, as they said, there has been no reaction from the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption even today, even though that institution "should determine how, how much and with what the plane that the two former leaders flew on" to Banja Luka was paid for.
"This provocation by Mandić from Banja Luka once again confirms that his stated goal is for our country to never become a member of the EU, in which he is knowingly or unknowingly helped by other political entities that are in coalition with him," says the DPS.
