The consent of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) to participate in the work of the inquiry committee does not mean a return to regular work in the Parliament, said the head of the party's parliamentary group, Andrija Nikolić.
He said that the party would chair the inquiry committee to prevent "gross politicization" of the parliamentary investigation institute and to show that they have no problem opening up all topics from the past.
"Vijesti" announced yesterday that the DPS has nominated Nikolić for the position of president of the parliamentary inquiry committee, a body that will investigate politically motivated murders and attacks on journalists and intellectuals.
