The civic movement URA has submitted a list for the local elections in Herceg Novi to be held on April 13, 2025, under the title "URA - DIFFERENT - Dr. Dritan Abazović!".
The leader of the list, Nikola Radman, as announced by the URA, said that he was proud that they had chosen a list made up of people who are proven and ready to implement the program on which we have worked quite hard, taking into account all the problems that Herceg Novi is facing.
Radman, they said, pointed out that the list includes 35 candidates for councilors, of which 40% of the list is made up of women.
The president of the Civic Movement URA, Dritan Abazović, said that they will have a positive campaign with the desire to show that politics can be done and behave differently.
"We believe that Herceg Novi can do much better than it has been the case so far. We want to be very constructive in proposing solutions that are sustainable for this city, to make it what it has always deserved to be and what historically belongs to it, as a pearl of Montenegro and Boka Kotorska, and even this part of the Adriatic," said Abazović.
Abazović emphasized that all citizens of Herceg Novi, regardless of their preferences, political, national, religious, and all who want to work for the good of Herceg Novi, are their partners.
"Whoever wants to do things differently, honestly, well for Herceg Novi, for all the citizens who live here, they are our partners. Let us compete in good, Herceg Novi and Montenegro deserve that. I believe in a good result for our list, we will be dedicated to our principles, but ready to build a better and different Herceg Novi together with all other partners," said Abazović.
