The domestic political reality needs to be refreshed with new non-partisan figures who will break down the already established, monolithic party structures and bring new value to this field of social action, announced Ivan Radojičić, the leader of the European Alliance list in the local elections in Nikšić.
"We live in an era of many absurdities, and one of them is easily noticeable on the political scene. It is reflected in the frequent disagreement between the parties' declarative commitment to democratic social processes on the one hand and the rigid party structure on the other. Therefore, the non-partisan concept and openness towards it is, I am convinced, a sure path to a healthier and more value-based social environment," said Radojičić.
The poor governance of the current government, as he said, is a chance to "make it difficult for all well-intentioned Nikšić residents."
"I see the rule of the current, outgoing coalition and interest group as the grand finale of the overall transitional and post-transition socio-political processes in my city, and I see in it a great opportunity for the final maturation and sobering up of all citizens who want the best for their community and their children," said Radojičić.
He said he recognizes the necessity of joint action by citizens and political actors in the "fight against primitivism."
"Through my involvement in the European Union, I have recognized the space for the realization of numerous ideas that concern me, and they concern the contemporary environment that we can influence."
Radojičić called on fellow citizens to take responsibility and participate in processes "regarding the healing of their city."
"As a family man, entrepreneur and enthusiast, I have been bound by fate to my hometown and Montenegro by my own will. I belong to the type of people who give the most when it is most needed. I want to actively and responsibly participate in all further processes, and I invite all fellow citizens who share similar beliefs to join me," said Radojičić.
