Instead of concrete solutions, the Government persistently repeats empty promises, while real results remain elusive, the Party of European Progress (SEP) said.

"We are witnessing growing disappointment in the work and approach of the Government of Montenegro towards key issues of social, economic and infrastructure development. Although numerous promises have been made to citizens and businesspeople, real results are lacking on the ground," the party said in a statement to the media.

They say that one of the most obvious problems is the lack of qualified personnel in public administration, despite excessive hiring.

"We still do not have enough experts in key positions, which directly affects the quality of services and market competitiveness. Instead of systematically solving this problem, we are witnessing only superficial and repeated promises.

"Another indicator of the Government's irresponsibility and incompetence is the loss of flights diverted to Tirana during the tourist season. This omission not only endangers tourism, but also weakens Montenegro's connectivity with key European destinations. Unfortunately, the education sector is also suffering - the European College, which was an important center of regional cooperation and education, was also assigned to Tirana," the statement said.

These decisions are not accidental, SEP assesses, but are the result of a serious lack of strategic planning and an inability to protect and develop our infrastructure and educational resources.

"It is time to stop being passive observers. We expect accountability, concrete actions and measurable results from the Government – not another disappointment," the statement concludes.
